LUKOIL AVIATION BULGARIAs System for managing industrial safety, safe work and environment (IS, SW, SE) works on the basis of Russian laws in accordance with the best domestic and international practices. The management is vertically integrated by central administration (PAO "LUKOIL") to every production subject of LUKOIL AVIATION BULGARIA.
The system is certified under ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Involvment of upper management
At the end of every calendar year the management reviews a report on IS, SW and SE, which is the established analysis tool for management in this area.
Anually, during this reviw, management makes decisions for future directions of development, correctional and preventive measures. The presented information is also taken under consideration, when accepting Strategy for growth of the "LUKOIL" group, as well as the investment programs.

The Politics in the area of industrial safety, safe work and environment in XXI century; the prepared internal standards form the "System for managing industrial safety, safe work and environment" line regulating the working of the Management system for IS, SW and SE, including risk evaluation and response.
Achievement mechanisms, Policy
Long- and mid-term programs for environmental and industrial safety, improvement of work conditions and safety, warning and resolution of emergencies.
Audit
Periodicaly internal and external audits are performed. The System for managing IS, SW and SE also proscribes periodic audits by an external independent auditing organization.
Valuation of the results of the System for safety management.
This is accomplished on the basis of the results of monitoring that includes audit, industrial control, corporation oversight, as well as through Ecology and Work Safety contests.
Key Productivity Indicators are instituted annually.
